| What
NCCSO has done
Since
1999, NCCSO has worked to…
• educate
custodial parents about child support collection
options available to them through ongoing outreach and
education.
• warn custodial parents about the
ongoing threats to their child support options and get
them involved in the fight to protect them.
• urge decision-makers to pass legislation
that can benefit custodial parents, ensure that non-custodial
parents are held accountable, and guarantee that options
are available and effective. Read
the testimony.
• educate
the media and the public by writing "Letters
to the Editor", writing opinion editorials, and issuing
statements on behalf of our membership.
• communicate
with the child support enforcement community about
the importance of options and the current threats to
those options.
