Private Child Support Enforcement Agencies

"My county child support agency made me feel as if I was not entitled to my child support money."

- Mary Zerm
NCCSO Member

"I am now getting 100% more than the courts were able to collect. Yes, they do charge a fee, but to finally get some support, it is well worth it."

- Edna Goode,
NCCSO Member

Most private child support enforcement agencies have web sites. The Child Support Enforcement Council (CSEC) is an association comprised of a number of private agencies specializing in enforcement work. Visit the CSEC website to find out more about private companies that are available to help you. The CSEC Web site has links to several private firms so you can research and choose the one that is best for you.
